H-Frame/Modular Wall Bench
The H-Frame/Modular Lab Bench is supported by a solidH-Frame steel frame, connecting the upper and lowercabinet units
and the countertop. Optional mobile cabinet,no cabinet and suspended cabinet structure.H-Frame Lab Bench allow lab personnel
to easily reconfigure or customize lab layouts, and can be recreated usingcabinet modular unit for a variety of layout.

Cabinet&Accessories
(1) Cabinet: 1.0mm full-thickness high-quality cold-roll steel sheet is used as a whole; the steel surface is treated, phosphating
and other processes, and then electrostatic powder coated with epoxy resin, cured at 220°C high temperature. and the surface is
smooth, with a thickness of up to 1.15mm~1.2mm. The cabinet door is double-layered inside and outside, filled with sound
insulation material. (2) Connecting rod: The whole adopts 40*60*1.5mm thick high-quality cold-rolled rectangle tube, the steel
surface is treated, phosphating and other processes, and then electrostatic powder coated with epoxy resin, cured at 220°C high
temperature, and the surface is smooth. (3) Handle: Non-welded linear handle/C-shaped handle/Insertion Aluminum alloy handle. (4)
Rail: DTC 16-inch three-section silent rail. (5) Hinge: DTC 105°/175° buffer hinge/stainless steel hinge. (6) Footing: Use
laboratory-specific adjustable feet with an adjustment range of ≥35mm, strong bearing capacity, the balance of the Lab bench can
be adjusted.y
Option Cabinet Unit
①Wooden Cabinet Unit:
The cabinet body thickness is 15mm, the door and drawer panels are made of 18mm thickness high-quality environmentally
friendly double-face MDF/melamine board, and the edges are sealed with 2mm thick PVC edge strips. The edges are firm, clean,
and free of burrs, the bond is firm.
②Steel Cabinet Unit:
1.0mm full-thickness high-quality cold-roll steel sheet is used as a whole; the steel surface is treated, phosphating and
other processes, and then electrostatic powder coated with epoxy resin, cured at 220°C high temperature, and the surface is smooth,

DESIGN PROCESS
Step1:Designed to prepare
According to the type of customer's laboratory, determine the required lab furniture and equipment (ventilation, purification and cleaning equipment etc.).
Step2: Preliminary layout
Design the Lab layout/plan according to the internal dimensions of the lab, and determine the size and location of the lab furniture and equipment.
Step3:Comfirm 3D drawings
Design 3D drawings according to the Lab layout/plan,customers can under stand the lab layout more intuitively and evaluate the rationality of the laboratory.
Step4: Rendering drawings
Design renderings drawings according to 3D drawings. The customer gets the final drawing of the laboratory and evaluates the appearance of the laboratory

Q1. Can I ask for a sample before place an order?
Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable. Yet for consideration of saving postage, we also provide detailed pictures and other documents you require to smooth your concern as an alternative solution.
Q2. Can I have a visit to your factory?
Sure, we have our factory in GuangZhou, China.Only 12 km away from Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport. If you want to have a visit to our factory,please contact us to make an appointment. Besides showing you around our factory, we can also help you with booking hotel, picking up at the airport, etc.
Q3. What is the payment term of your factory?
Standard product，Normally in TT 30% deposit, 70% balance before loading; L/C; OA; trade assurance acceptable. 50% deposit for customized products.
Q4: What about the lead time?
Standard product needs 5-7 work days, customized product time needs 20 days; mass production needs around 10 days.

Q6: Is it possible to put my logo on products?
Yes. You could send your fabric logo to us, and then we can put your logo chairs. Additionally, we can print your logo on boxe.
